Solid wooden planks shaped by nature and crafted by the industry’s most skilled hands lie on top of a simple steel construction.

Designed by dk3 founder Jacob Plejdrup in 2011, the Tree Table is a perfectly balanced natural design. Each extremely wide plank has its own form and structure with natural outer edges, cracks and knots, which makes each table top unique. Combining true craftsmanship and innovative engineering, the result is minimalist and striking in line with dk3’s philosophy and respect for nature. Materials are sourced from Germany’s Black Forest, where biodiversity and sustainable forestry have been practised for 300 years. After the tree is cut down, a new one is planted in its place.

Danish designer Jacob Plejdrup began his career in furniture and interior design in 1991. In 2009, Jacob and his wife Ann Plejdrup founded dk3 to design furniture that combines natural aesthetics with pure and timeless design.
