Founded in 1973 by art and design visionary Sven Lundh, Källemo originated in Småland, Sweden. Now under the leadership of Sven’s daughter Karin Lundh, Källemo remains deeply committed to its founding values with a focus on long-term sustainability and aesthetic integrity. Källemo takes pride in its impeccable craftsmanship, adhering to a stringent standard: every component is carefully sourced within a 5-kilometer radius of their Småland factory. Källemo has recently reintroduced the GA-1 and GA-2, originally designed by Gunnar Asplund in 1931 for the boardroom of the Swedish Society of Crafts and Design (now Svensk Form). Nearly 100 years later, these designs remain as relevant and timeless as when they were first created.
