Designed by Danish designer Kai Kristiansen who, at the age of only 26, began creating furniture that would become known as the Danish modern style.

Created from design drawings from Kai’s family home in Denmark, the Kai 42’s details speak not only of timeless design but the harmonious and understated engineering that defies traditions, such as sculpted armrests and angular legs. Predominantly used as a dining chair, the Kai 42 brings a sense of well-being and serenity to almost any room.
