Since 1963 the name Lena Rewell has been synonymous with exclusive, handmade mohair blankets in luxurious, colorful hues.
Handmade in Finland using natural and traditional methods, they are made from the finest mohair wool that is soft and fluffy.
The daughter of a textile engineer, Lena was often hypnotized as a young girl by vibrant balls of wool when visiting her Father. After studying art and textile design in 1961, Lena opened her studio in Helsinki. Drawing inspiration from the colours of flower petals, her designs are truly unique. The studio is now run by her daughter, Dita.
