The TRACES mirror collection by Antrei Hartikainen takes inspiration from the organic forms and textures of soil.
The collection explores human-shaped landscape, climate and nature from varying distances. Details, scale, shapes and texture change depending on the perspective, and the changes of the seasons and the ratio of light and shadow have a significant effect on the perception of an environment.
Presented as part of Antrei Hartikainen’s Australian tour, the TRACES mirrors will be available for acquisition by art collectors following the exhibition.

Antrei Hartikeinen
The son of a carpenter who has spent his whole life working with his hands and natural materials, Finnish designer Antrei Hartikainen is known for his impeccable work with wood. His designs have received numerous accolades, including the Young Designer of the Year award in Finland in 2018 and the prestigious Pro Arte Award, presented by Helsinki’s Didrichsen Art Museum in 2025.
