String® System Cabinet with Sliding Mirror Doors

The cabinet with sliding mirror doors is available in one width, 780 mm, and one depth, 200 mm.

The cabinet fits into all 200 mm deep wire and plex panels from String® System. The cabinet is great to add into your bathroom combination. The sliding mirror doors are smooth to slide to either side and perfect to store toothbrushes and other toiletries you do not want out in the open. The display cabinet consists of one adjustable inner shelf in glass. The cabinet has internal dimensions: w740 x d160 x h330 mm. The cabinet is delivered unassembled.

Kajsa & Nisse Strinning

Nils “Nisse” Strinning (1917 – 2006) was a Swedish architect and designer whose clean and practical designs have come to form the basis of what is now known as “Scandinavian design”. Nisse Strinning was best known for the String shelving system that he and his wife, the designer Kajsa Strinning, designed in response to a 1949 contest held by Bonnier public library.

The String design has received more than 15 prestigious international awards including a gold medal at the Milan Triennale (1954), The Classic Prize and Excellent Swedish Design (1999), German Design Award (2016), “Furniture Supplier of the Year” and Winner Long Life Design Award (2020) to name a few. String® was also honoured with a stamp by the Swedish Postal Service (2017).
