In 1954, Arne Norell initiated the establishment of his private atelier in Solna, Sweden. Soon thereafter, he relocated his pursuits to Småland, where he laid the cornerstone of his enterprise, Möbel AB Arne Norell. Renowned for his dexterity in working with wood, leather, fabric, and metal, Norell’s furniture pieces became epitomes of both comfort and graceful refinement.
